Product return condition

In order to be eligible for a replacement or refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replacement or refund. If it’s a refund requested for, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Product return on perishable goods

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Payment terms

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your digital wallet and payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your account will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your account shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

  • Cash on delivery

If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason, the amount taken from your account will be refunded.

Delivery terms

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on the weight, size and destination of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown your total cost of delivery and you will have the chance to cancel your order.
